May Birth Flower - Lily of the Valley meaning:

I think of ‘Victorian tea time’, my late mother-in-law and her tea cups when I think of this flower. Without me asking she gifted me these beautiful cups from her personal collection, and I’m honored to have them, and use for my inspiration. (Her cups are in photos/video). As I paint, I connect to her, the Victorian era, sipping tea in a beautiful long lace dress, sharing stories of beauty, art, and dreams.
I’ve discovered a magical world, when I create. First I find my inspiration (mother in law tea cups. Often it’s music), I follow my intuition, & I focus on simply doing my personal best NOW (not comparing or being better or waiting to be better). I simply paint the very best flower and card I can now. - with the skills I have now - I do an intense flower study - I trust overtime it will get better. It’s in this simple act of completing my best & turning it into a card that I improve my skills & others get to enjoy my cards. It’s a win win for all!
It all feels right, it all clicks, my heart ❤️ tells me so. I’m willing to trust my inner guidance, will lead me to a magical pathway. 😊 I keep going....
